Hotel Villa de Cabrales

“An older hotel, but our room was very large and with a balcony. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all wonderful. We had no problem with noise - not from other rooms and not from the road, even though the hotel is right in town. The price made staying here a great value. They have a parking lot across the street which is very convenient. The few times their lot was full we parked at the municipal lot which is nearby. Breakfast was €8 per person per day, and you could decide which days you wanted it with no need to reserve. Breakfast was quite large and filling, mostly carbs. Everyone gets the same breakfast so it appears very quickly, and there is no need to order except to specify coffee or tea. There was no “do not disturb” sign, so housekeeping was performed daily and was done well. Finally, Arenas is a great location for many wonderful hikes.”

“Stayed 3 nights in June. Nice and comfortable hotel. In the centre of town with great views of mountains. Good breakfast and parking. Our room was on the main road but little traffic noise at night. Good base for walking. Overall good value with friendly, helpful staff.”

“Nice hotel to stay in. Lovely and quiet though with tile floors you can hea doors closing in hallway. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast is served by the staff rather than self service so selection is very limited. Lovely view of the mountains from the room and easy access to rest of town/village.”
